This is Kaderin the Coldhearted from Kresley Cole's Immortals after Dark - series.
Kaderin is a Valkyrie and she hunts vampires since her sisters were killed by them. It is said that after she killed a vampire, she takes away his fangs and puts them all on a thread, kinda as a trophy.
